Hispacold has adquired a concession in the free trade zone of the Port of Seville by the Port Authority. This significant achievement will enable the company to relocate its operations to new strategically located facilities, consolidating its growth and fulfilling commitments to its customers, as well as increasing production more sustainably and better addressing mobility challenges in Europe and the rest of the world.

The new facilities cover an area of 14,000 m² of industrial warehouse and 2,500 m² of offices, located on a 36,000 m² plot. This space will allow Hispacold to integrate all its operations in one place, optimizing operational costs, increasing process integration, and improving the company's competitiveness.

The relocation, which will be carried out gradually over a period of 12 months, will represent an investment of approximately 4 million euros. The initial concession of these facilities is for a period of 17 years, with an extension of an additional 12 years currently under negotiation with the Port Authority of Seville, expected to be finalized before the end of 2024.

According to Hispacold's General Manager, Roberto Recuerda, “with this decision, Hispacold maintains its firm commitment to the city of Seville, ensuring the stability and maintenance of employment in the province and in Andalusia, as it has been doing since the beginning of its journey over forty-five years ago”.
